While traditional clinical-hypnosis tends to address specific issues or symptoms, my prime approach is of a holistic nature by integrating other modalities to it.

 

It is the interconnected nature of the mind, body, emotions, and spirit, that supports our overall well-being. Therefore, by using integrative clinical-hypnotherapy, I seek to uncover the deeper subconscious roots of an issue and help you release limiting patterns.

The connection between the body and mind is widely recognised. Recent advances in neurobiology have also begun to unravel the complex relationship between the gut, our sense of safety, and past traumas, whether significant or subtle.

​

To recognise how our mental and emotinal state influences our physical health and vice-versa is of paramount importance to becoming more aware of our overall health.

 

Having a broad interest in the connections between experience, perception, and healing led me to deepen and expand my practice in order to address the root causes of emotional disturbances.

​

I use modalities such as 5 Elements Aromaflexology and colonic hydrotherapy to regulate the nervous system.

 

Once the nervous sytem regulates itself, one mind is more open to lifestyle changes.

​

Live Blood Analysis including Nutrition consultancy and/or my “3 months GUT reset program” is also introduced when and if needed to facilitate the transformational aspect of one's health. ​
